Disability Discrimination Act Management Introduction Overview This half day workshop is designed to provide an overview of the Act.the session will enable the group to undertake a gap analysis in their organisation, and highlight key areas requiring further action. Length 3 -- 3.5 hours Who Should Take This Course Senior or operational management teams who are responsible for strategy and overall operational management within an organisation. Class Size 5 -- 8 people Learning Objectives After completing this course participants shouldbe able to identify what work has already been undertaken in the organisation in response to the Act, and identify areas requiring further action on both the employment and service delivery provisions of the Act. Style of Learning The course uses audiovisual and exercise based materials. Training input and facilitation will guide the team and review & planning activities. |
